We have seen about half of the people allergic to mushrooms can still take the Apán supplements without any issue. The other half do have issues. We recommend you start very slowly, like 5 drops of the liquid in water or one capsule, and then see how your body responds. After 4 hours you can take another 5 drops or capsule.
