When you purchase products or services from Siahus.com, payment by credit card or debit card is due at the time of purchase. Siahus.com accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Siahus.com does not guaranty that any product or quantity of product will be in stock or otherwise available. All items purchased from Siahus.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have concerns relative to the shipment contract, you must contact Sisahus.com to make your order. Siahus.com will make any reasonable arrangements, including requiring delivery confirmation and/or insurance. You are responsible for any extra taxes or duty fees for packages shipped outside the United States.
If legal action is necessary to enforce these Terms of Use a reasonable attorney’s fee, expenses and costs shall be awarded to the prevailing party. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. You and Siahus.com agree that the Courts of Missouri shall be the venue for any dispute arising or related to these Terms of Use.
