Traditional Application: Apply to each of the energy centers, on the ears, over the heart, and over the areas of poor circulation. When there is an allergy or irritation to the smell of a liquid copal, place one drop of Balance on the tips of your fingers and massage the center of the forehead clockwise (clockwise means to pretend the face of the clock in on your body and rotate your hand just as the hands on the clock would go) for about 30 seconds. Then massage the thymus, at the base of the throat, in a clock wise motion for 30 seconds. (Pretend the face of the clock in on the forehead and thymus.) This will assist in bring balance and help with addictions when rubbed on the jaw several times a day. Because this blend contains ten liquid essential oils that are very beneficial and specific for skin problems this makes Balance very beneficial for all skin conditions. Put 15 drops in ½ oz of a carrier oil and use as body oil after a bath or apply as a night cream to the face.
